Position: No-Fault Claims Adjuster

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Type: Full Time

Rate: $60k to $80k/Per Annum

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced No-Fault Claims Adjuster to join a dynamic, fast-paced legal team. This role requires extensive knowledge of New York’s no-fault claims process, including Regulation 68 and arbitration procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process no-fault claims, including medical records, vendor bills, and refund/claim checks.
• Input and identify claim-related information with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate directly with insurance companies to manage claims efficiently.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
• Utilize online dispute resolution platforms effectively.
• Interpret and analyze medical and legal documents, including reports and terminology.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years handling no-fault claims in New York.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Regulation 68, New York’s No-Fault Arbitration process, medical reports, legal concepts, and worker compensation fee schedules.
• Skills:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in navigating online dispute resolution platforms.
• License: Adjuster License is a plus.
