Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse RN to join our Primary Care / Family Med team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. If you are passionate about providing quality care to patients and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Perform physical assessments, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures
- Develop and implement care plans for patients with chronic conditions
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the state
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting ideal
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
