Outside Sales Account Executive -Commission Only

Sales Rep needed in and around Salina, Kansas

Ag Concepts Corp manufactures proven biological products to commercial agriculture through independent distributors throughout the country. Armed with scores of university style test results and in-depth science, our Sales Reps educate local growers on the benefits of soil health, microbial activity, and soil organic matter. Finally, we work with growers to place the right products to help those farmers reach improved production efficiencies.

Ag Concepts Corp is seeking qualified Territory Sales Reps to develop new customers in the agriculture industry. This is an exciting opportunity with a growing company to help bring to market much needed Biological products for the Farming Industry. Preferred candidates will have agriculture experience, sales experience, or account management experience. This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of the agricultural community and get in on the ground floor of the growing Biologics movement.

As an Ag Concepts Corp, Sales Representative, you will work with our Regional Sales Development Lead to sell our products to the local growers. We provide exceptional training and support to ensure that our Sales Representatives are as successful as possible. When you win, we win. We must have reps that are willing and able to motivate themselves and work independently in an ethical and honest way. We offer a strong commission schedule for a solid income potential if you are a driven, positive, self-motivated type of person. This is an independent, 1099-commission only opportunity to build your own recurring-revenue business in a defined territory selling proven products to some of the nicest people in the country.

The first year would involve significant training, including attendance at Ag Concepts Corp sponsored New Seller Training Class, and ongoing field training with a Regional Sales Development Lead. Ag Concepts Corp provides you the tools and support you would expect working for a large corporation, while giving you the freedom to run your territory as you see fit. Many successful Representatives have built their businesses on this strong foundation of support and independence already across the country.

Ag Concepts Corp has a few territories open around Kansas. Generally, our reps live in the smaller farm communities where they enjoy working and being home every night. Three or more years of experience preferably in agriculture, farming, agronomy, seed, chemical, and/or ag equipment with a sales background.
