Job Description
We are seeking a part-time document review attorney, licensed to practice in Mississippi, to assist with case management and litigation support. The ideal candidate will review legal documents, prepare for and manage litigation in Mississippi's Justice, County, and Circuit Courts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Review and Case Management : Review, draft, and manage legal documents, conduct research, and oversee case progression.
2. Litigation Support : Assist with court appearances, pre-trial conferences, hearings, and trial preparation.
3. Compliance : Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and ethical standards in legal actions and collection efforts.
4. Documentation : Maintain organized and detailed case files and records.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Mississippi Bar license.
• ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a caseload efficiently.
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.
