Role and Responsibilities:

1. Cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks, completes CTRs as needed

1. Uses Deposit Horizons daily and completes the tracking information.

1. Seeks expanded deposit and loan relationships with customers.

1. Possesses a helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.

1. Employee has prompt and regular attendance.

1. Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.

1. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, and supervisor on a timely basis.

1. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
2. Follows IT Security Policies and Procedures, including the diligent reporting of phishing emails.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent math skills
• Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity
• Tact and public relations expertise
• Proficient with PC and Vertex
• Ability to work well with others

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
