Collaborate with a growing team, supporting new office initiatives and contributing to firm culture and practices. Support ongoing development of a cutting-edge telecommunications IP practice. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in patent drafting and prosecution within the wireless standards space. Proven expertise in technical submissions to the 3GPP Communication Standards Organization. Experience preparing detailed claim charts that map claims to 3GPP standards. Prior experience in Big Law is a plus but not mandatory. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred. Certifications: Active registration with the USPTO required. Skills: In-depth knowledge of 4G, 5G, and 6G technology standards and telecommunications protocols. Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to independently manage complex patent portfolios. Excellent analytical, drafting, and verbal communication skills.
