IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity: Patent Attorney Responsibilities include: Preparation and prosecution of patents Providing legal opinions Portfolio management Due diligence Litigation support Work with high profile clients on sophisticated projects, with opportunities to support patent attorneys on other legal issues. Experience with a diverse array of hardware and/or software applications is preferred, including: Industrial and consumer electronics Wireless telecommunications Enterprise applications Network security Network protocols Databases Web and cloud services Operating systems Software user interfaces Open source technologies Attorney Requirements: Minimum qualifications include: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science Juris Doctor (JD) State bar membership Patent Bar membership At least 2 years of experience in patent law Notes for Potential Candidates: All fees are paid by client firms and companies.
