Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with senior attorneys. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Stay current on relevant legal precedents and changes in patent law. Experience with Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings is a plus. Strong organizational and writing skills. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar of California.
