Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Fit St. Charles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading semi-private training sessions, with a focus on providing personalized and effective workouts to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct semi-private training sessions for individuals and small groups.
• Create and implement customized fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Instruct and coach basic barbell lifts with a strong emphasis on proper form and technique.
• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall wellness.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment.

Qualifications:

• Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching basic barbell lifts.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training programs to different fitness levels and goals.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Availability:
The successful candidate must be available to work from 3;30pm to 7:00pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
