Trainer/Nutritionist - Medical Weight Loss Practice

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer/Nutritionist to join our boutique medical weight loss practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to health optimization and excited to work in a high-energy, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized fitness and nutrition plans for clients
• Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions
• Provide nutrition coaching and meal planning guidance
• Assist in the development of new protocols and programs
• Educate clients on various dietary approaches and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a trainer and/or nutritionist
• Strong knowledge of strength training and mobility techniques
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• Nutrition certification (e.g., Precision Nutrition, NASM-CNC, ISSA-CN)
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., corrective exercise, sports nutrition) preferred

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to demonstrate exercises and maintain a high level of physical fitness
• Proficiency in using fitness tracking software and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
