Job Description:

As a Water Heater Installer at Best Care Home Services, you will be responsible for the installation of water heaters in residential and commercial properties. You will ensure that all installations are performed to code and to the highest standard of quality. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install various types of water heaters, including tankless, electric, and gas models, in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues, providing effective solutions.
• Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work performed and answering any questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
• Complete all required paperwork, including service reports and job logs, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Water Heater Installer or similar role in the plumbing industry.
• Strong knowledge of water heater systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in plumbing or a related field.
• Experience with a variety of water heater brands and models.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
