Role Overview:
As a PPC Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by developing strategies that drive conversions and achieving the marketing goals for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Strategize, set up, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service.
Data Analysis: Review and analyze campaign data to track performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to improve results.
Reporting: Regularly create and present detailed reports on campaign performance, offering insights and actionable next steps.
Ad Copy and Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research on keywords, target audiences, and competitors to continuously refine campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Track important metrics like budget, bids, impressions, and quality score to ensure campaigns are on track.
Continuous Optimization: Analyze and refine campaigns, understanding factors like seasonality and client goals to drive the best possible results.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid advertising accounts.
3+ years of Google Ads experience.
1+ years of experience with Facebook Ads and other paid social media platforms.
Previous experience in a client-facing marketing role is required.
Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is preferred.
Proficient in using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively with excellent time management.

Attention to detail in every aspect of account setup and reporting.
