Practice Manager

What is the role? The Practice Manager (PM) is highly motivated and organized and is responsible for overseeing the administrative and business operations aspects of multiple Nest Health offices where Nest clinical team touch down and collaborate as part of Nest's virtual and home-based care medical practice. This includes physical space maintenance, ensuring efficient clinical operations, aiding VP/GM in ensuring business performance, acting as the culture champion.

What will you do?- Maintain productive physical operations and space- office supplies, maintenance, IT and equipment management, mail and invoice processing, furniture and renovations/build out, vendor management
- Efficient clinical operations- medical supplies, team and patient family scheduling, management of clinical vendors (e.g. field-based security), mileage and payroll tracking an audits, understands clinical workflows
- Business performance- meeting organization, performance reporting and projects, power user of core tools (Athena EMR, Salesforce, SharePoint, and others), and other support to help Nest care team meet and exceed clinical quality and performance goals
- Workplace culture- local leader for onboarding fun
- Partner with team members in each office
- Compliance with health, safety and HIPAA guidelines and local lead for business continuity planning
What do you bring to the Nest?- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Prior leadership experience in a medical office environment or other relevant professional experience, four years of experience directly supervising non-exempt staff and leadership team is required
- Experience managing more than 10 employees
- EHR knowledge, Athena, and others
- A positive upbeat manager who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
