We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Executive Chef to join our team, providing an exceptional culinary experience for our 10+ clients, in a private, upscale residential environment. As our Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to oversee the weekly menu and meal plan, sourcing the freshest ingredients, and creating gourmet, health-conscious dishes tailored to the individual preferences and dietary requirements of our guests. Our ideal candidate is rewarded by achieving the wow factor in both quality and presentation, versatile in a wide range of culinary styles, and excels in preparing various dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as creating exquisite desserts. 

Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparation of gourmet, health-conscious meals for 10+ clients with diverse dietary needs and preferences, including organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
• Oversee menus that align with the nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions outlined by our in-house nutritionist and healthcare professionals.
• Source high-quality ingredients from local vendors and suppliers, ensuring freshness and sustainability.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to incorporate the kitchen as a component of the therapeutic process, fostering a positive relationship with nutrition and promoting healthy eating habits.
• Provide personalized cooking demonstrations and culinary education sessions to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to implement healthier food choices post-recovery.

• Strong and versatile culinary creativity in developing innovative and flavorful dishes
• Familiarity with nutrition principles and the ability to create well-balanced meals that accommodate special dietary needs and support physical and emotional well-being
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately and respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.
