This role can be fully remote, but we have a strong preference for candidates local to South Florida.

Role Mission:

The mission of the Product Manager is to lead Zendrop Academy, ensuring it provides a valuable learning experience for new entrepreneurs aiming to succeed in dropshipping. The Product Manager will ensure the Academy integrates seamlessly into the broader Zendrop user journey, increasing engagement and retention, encouraging users to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and build successful businesses. A key focus of the role is to drive education adoption and maximize the Academy's impact for all Zendrop users.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities that are in-line with business goals and expectations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive Zendrop Academy initiatives.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Education Evangelism:

• Develop strategies and tools to boost user engagement and increase the lifetime value of Zendrop Academy users.
• Promote and drive the adoption of Zendrop Academy among the Zendrop user base.
• Oversee and facilitate training process and educational content to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Community Engagement:

• Leverage community engagement to drive business outcomes and enhance product growth.
• Encourage Zendrop Academy users to contribute to the community by sharing insights, feedback, and content.
• Foster active participation within the community, increasing interaction with the Zendrop platform.

User and Competitor research:

• Analyze user flows within Zendrop Academy to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Establish the optimal role of Zendrop Academy within the overall dropshippers user journey.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark against best practices and enhance the educational product.

Desired Outcomes:

• Zendrop Academy becomes an integral part of the onboarding process, driving user engagement and retention.
• The community actively contributes to product improvements, serving as a valuable source of insights, beta testers, and feedback.
• Academy adoption is significantly increased across the Zendrop user base, leading to higher LTV for Zendrop Academy users.
• Clear performance metrics are developed and implemented to track Zendrop Academys success and impact.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in management of educational products.
• Expertise in community management or in management of products with large community.
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with product development and integration processes.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance user experiences.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent data analysis skills and experience in data-driven decisions.
• Experience in designing and conducting product experiments and developing MVPs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven leadership experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to inspire and guide a product team.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and balance short-term goals with long-term vision.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
