Real Estate Asset Management handles everything lease related for our constantly growing portfolio of stores, distribution centers, and offices. As a Real Estate Administration Analyst, you will gain Real Estate knowledge and discover all different aspects of our leases. Our team works closely with many people, internally and externally to the organization, and you will develop relationships and skills to last a lifetime. We are always collaborative, and team driven.
* Review and abstract all new lease documents into Lucernex, including term, options, associated dates, and rents. Review and abstract all lease amendments and renewal letters into Lucernex and ensure proper approvals were received for SOX compliance.
* Review, negotiate and process consent requests from Landlords, including large Shopping Center redevelopments. Work closely with Landlords and Real Estate Directors to analyze the request, strategize accordingly and make the best decision for the location.
* Research Lease related questions from other departments and reach out to Landlords to assist in resolving issues, if necessary.
* Assist other groups within department with special projects and related lease negotiations/modifications.
* Perform quarterly SOX audits for internal compliance.
* Negotiate rent reductions and additional term on existing locations.
* Responsible for researching inducement violations resulting in millions of dollars in savings.
* Ensures that all information in Lucernex is current and accurate.
* Resolve of Landlord questions or concerns.
* Assist with special projects as needed.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
* 3+ years of experience in an administrative role including data entry and scheduling
* Strong communication skills in all methods
* Ability to be detail oriented and to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume environment
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and keep organized
* Ability to strategize and think outside the box

This position has a starting salary range of $60,500-$75,600 .
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
