Kane Realty Corporation, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a high character, motivated, extremely organized, and analytically savvy self-starter for an analyst position on the development team. This individual should have at least a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of analyst experience (financial or real estate), an eagerness and ability to learn, and a can-do attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasks. Currently, Kane has several mixed-use properties in predevelopment and under construction that will provide the primary workload. Job Description
Analyze development opportunities through market studies, financial proformas, and site research. Report findings to ownership, and prepare presentation materials for potential capital sources. Conduct due diligence and maintain predevelopment files. On projects under construction, analyst will act as conduit between extended project team and development team, managing financial requests and construction documentation. Analyst will document meeting minutes and action item lists, distribute to project team, and follow up on deliverables. With guidance, analyst should work toward comfort with using judgment to determine best course of action to address problems without a clear precedent or path forward. Organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, willingness to learn and financial aptitude will be paramount. Excel modeling experience preferred; financial analysis and construction management training resources offered upon hire.
