Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity for a Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC). The RNC will be responsible for all clinical oversight of a Long Term Care company with Skilled Nursing Facility/Independent Living and Assisted Living communities located in Daytona, Deland, Tampa and Miami. Traveling to all locations, working closely with the Director of Nurses and other clinical leadership in the buildings to improve quality of care and clinical outcomes.
It is a regional nurse role but reports directly to the COO, working hand in hand with the VP of Operations to be responsible for all clinical operations, at the corporate level. One day the Regional Nurse role could turn into a VP of Clinical Operations role as they grow, they could hire someone over you or under you depending on the proven success in the RNC role.
This company will be acquiring more locations in Florida!
