We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role is WORK FROM HOME/ REMOTE and  you'll be responsible for efficiently maintaining excellent customer communication, providing support to your team members, and ensuring a high level of detail-oriented, responsible, and collaborative performance.

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers via phone, email, and text.

· Resolve inquiries and provide product information.

· Support the team in improving processes and customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer inquiries with care and professionalism.

· Provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
