We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager / Director of Operations  to join our dynamic team and help oversee service and operations in our establishments.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager who is dedicated to excellence, has a passion for hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, service, and training for our upscale dining venues, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of managers and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining quality and service standards. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain a guest-first mindset, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. Oversee compliance with licensing, safety, and food regulations.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for special events, promotions, and menu innovations.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain and elevate the brand's reputation by upholding and enforcing company guidelines and service standards.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing successful teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for food, wine, and the fine dining experience.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and operational strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
