As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing funnel and sales pipeline, working with sales, marketing, and account management to optimize processes, leverage insights, and strategically drive business growth. You will own the management and continuous improvement of our CRM and other revenue-related systems, including Salesforce and Marketo. You will work directly with senior leadership to inform and enhance our sales and marketing strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Role Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize sales and marketing processes: Lead ideation, design, implementation, and continuous optimization of processes and systems across sales, marketing, and account management operations. This includes developing and maintaining workflows in Salesforce and Marketo to ensure seamless operations and data flow.

Collaborate cross functionally to manage data integrity & hygiene: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all inbound and outbound activities.

Analyze key performance metrics & generate insights: Utilize Salesforce, Marketo, paid social platforms, and Google Analytics to analyze marketing and sales activity, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive revenue growth.

Manage forecasting and pipeline reporting: Oversee the implementation and management of forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting tools, including hands-on experience building and optimizing reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Ensure these tools support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Resolve operational bottlenecks: Identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring that workflows and processes are streamlined and effective. Leverage your knowledge of operational systems to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Integrate and optimize CRM and revenue tools: Manage the integration and continuous improvement of Salesforce and other revenue-related technologies, including Marketo and ZoomInfo. Ensure these tools are configured to meet the evolving needs of the sales, marketing, and account management teams.

Implement account-based sales and marketing programs: Lead the development and execution of account-based growth strategies, working closely with sales and marketing teams to target high-value accounts and drive personalized marketing campaigns.

Build lead generation programs: Design and implement lead generation programs that align with the company's growth objectives, utilizing tools such as Marketo for automated lead nurturing and scoring.

Provide strategic support to marketing, sales, and account management: Serve as a strategic partner to the marketing, sales, and account management teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo, including report building, dashboard creation, and system optimization.
  • Familiarity with lead-gen tools like ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Ability to code HTML is a plus.
  • Experience modeling large datasets and distilling insights.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of market opportunities and audience groups to inform sales and marketing activity
  • Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and building lead generation programs. Experience implementing account-based marketing (ABM) programs is a plus.
  • Experience working in a B2B creative organization is a plus.
  • Experience reporting into and sharing strategic recommendations with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years experience with marketing automation tools (eg. Marketo, Hubspot)
  • This person should be highly analytical and a natural problem solver who enjoys identifying and tackling complex business problems.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing new operational best practices.
  • Solid understanding of the tech landscape and current tools.
  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously in a startup-like environment.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus commission. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
