Position Overview/Responsibilities for the RPA Developer: Collaborate with staff, product teams, IT, and other functional areas to ensure cohesive and effective execution of Service Delivery Automation, Data Analysis & Visualizations, Rapid Application Development, and Engagement Support Services. Design and implement complex solutions using Alteryx, Power Platform, and/or UiPath. Integrate automation solutions with other systems and applications. Implement and integrate APIs. Work in a virtual, agile, globally sourced team. Required Skills for RPA Developer: 2+ years experience on a software delivery team, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script. Experience with SQL databases. Strong organization and time management skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Bachelor's Degree (preference given to Business or Technology or Accounting major).
