In this role, you will play a crucial part in making stablecoins accessible and user-friendly for everyone, ensuring a secure platform for financial transactions.

What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development or as a Head of Sales
- Previous work experience in Africa is essential
- Proven track record in the full-cycle B2B sales process, including onboarding, integration, and partnership management
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Strong closing skills and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to quickly adapt, foresee challenges, make informed decisions, and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Comprehensive understanding of the FinTech and Cryptocurrency sectors
- Solid B2B Sales experience and expertise in managing third-party distribution channels
- Experience in sales and business development within the FinTech industry, particularly with API solutions for affinity partners
- Collaborate effectively with the product team to drive adoption of API features
- Ensure that all existing and new Selling Partner solutions comply with company policies and best practices regarding security and usage
- Act as a technical liaison among B2B service engineering teams and business units
- Skilled at building innovative solutions that drive growth and enhance performance
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Acquire new business and partnerships through prospecting, qualifying leads, and contract negotiation.
- Target Identification: Recognize target clients and market segments for our platform.
- Partnership Generation: Initiate and develop new partnerships from inception to execution, including proposal evaluation and negotiation.
- Partner Onboarding: Provide sales and product training to new partners.
- Partner Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide weekly reports on partner performance.
- Partner Success: Visit partners, customers, and prospects as needed, and participate in local events and exhibitions to promote our partnerships.
- Revenue Goals: Achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with strategic technology partners, dissect contracts, and coordinate with administration, marketing, and legal teams to finalize agreements.
- New Revenue Coordination: Drive new business revenues from financial institutions and explore new affinity markets.
- Product Offering Development: Identify and create product offerings that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
- Leadership Collaboration: Conduct regular reviews with senior leadership, presenting and promoting partnerships to ensure appropriate resource allocation for their success.
