Purpose: Sell new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers within a defined sales area. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Face of the Company – Build strong relationships with customers and promote equipment solutions.
• Stay Knowledgeable – Maintain expertise in all equipment features, benefits, and financing options.
• Monitor the Market – Keep track of competitor activities and share insights with management.
• Manage Customer Relationships – Maintain accurate customer records for effective sales management.

• Demonstrate Excellence – Conduct field demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Understand Customer Needs – Stay informed about industry trends and communicate insights to management.
• Support Financing – Assist customers in securing the best financing options.
• Learn & Grow – Attend sales training events and seminars to sharpen your skills.
• Evaluate Used Equipment (if applicable) – Stay updated on used equipment values and provide accurate trade-in assessments.

• Experience: 1+ years of equipment sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices is a plus.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internet tools.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
• Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
