Role:- SAP GTS IT PM

Location:- Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP GTS migration project , including but not limited to:
• Defining the project charter and establishing governance structures .
• Developing a detailed project plan and monitoring from initiation through delivery.
• Planning and directing schedules, tracking progress, and managing budget/spending .
• Conduct scoping, planning, and design workshops involving business and cross-functional teams.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery .
• Operate effectively within matrix-style organizations .
• Use SAP GTS implementation or migration experience to oversee overall project management.
• Conduct meetings with executive leadership at various project phases.
• Adapt to changes, overcome obstacles , and manage organizational alignment through dynamic planning.

Education & Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience managing SAP implementation or upgrade projects , including 2–3 full lifecycle implementations .
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience with PMI or advanced project methodologies , particularly in SAP GTS projects.
• Demonstrated ability in managing all project phases: scoping, design, build, testing, and production cutover .
• Strong command of English – both verbal and written.
• Ability to clearly articulate project status , issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Familiarity with Global Trade, Sales, and Logistics business processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills , with a drive to deliver and close deliverables proactively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
