Duties of the Senior Accountant:

• Manage the general accounting functions, including Balance Sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with preparing accurate and timely financial statements and monthly management reports
• Contribute to the month end close process, manage prepaids and accruals
• Manage fixed asset schedule, including additions and depreciation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors as needed
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support their professional development

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in accounting, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be working with teams across the company
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
