Perform research and maintain a high standard for ledger accuracy
Partner with support services departments within SCA to develop efficient workstreams
Pro-actively communicate with facility and field stakeholders on unclaimed property determination, particularly related to outstanding items; Partner for resolution of identified items
Establish knowledge base around revenue cycle operations processes, patient accounting systems, and relevant policies and procedures
Use of independent judgment and analytical skills in resolution of field/support service inquiries
