Our client, a global firm, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join its growing team - hybrid/onsite!

1. Developing and implementing innovative UX/UI strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance user satisfaction.
2. Creating process maps, user journeys, and UI prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights into customer needs and behaviors.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications.
5. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to keep our products at the forefront of user-centered design.
6. Providing mentorship to junior UX/UI designers and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
7. Continuously evaluating and optimizing our digital platforms for usability, accessibility, and overall quality.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
3. Proven expertise in process mapping, user journey creation, and UI prototyping.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and a deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
5. Proficiency in design software, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
8. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
9. A keen understanding of responsive design and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
10. A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
