Aviation Readiness Support (ARS) is seeking a Site Lead with extensive UH-60 maintenance and tested supervisory experience who will be the ARS representative on site for our employees and other teammates. Responsibilities - Manages site activities.
- Manages the execution of UH-60 phase maintenance to ensure that projects are completed in a safe and timely manner.
- Administrates operations and activities to detect unsafe conditions or actions and takes action to correct them.
- Meets with the project manager regularly to ensure deadlines are being met.
- Ensures all work complies with company and government regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
- Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
- The candidate will be responsible for communicating requirements, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with staff, teammates, and corporate resources.
- The candidate will be responsible for performance management, financial management, and employee morale initiatives.
- The candidate will provide analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.
- The candidate must be able to research, identify, and make recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
- The candidate must also gather, process, and analyze operational data.
- The candidate must Identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.
Qualifications - UH-60 Maintenance supervisory experience with phase maintenance required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Preferred qualification of bachelor's degree and five (5) years of applicable experience, or a High School Diploma and 9 years experience.
- Preferred former US Army Aviation Senior NCO.
