Social Media Job Overview

Are you passionate about social media and designing eye-catching content? We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team for a 6-month temporary role with possibility of extension. This is a great opportunity for a current student or recent graduate with a creative eye, knowledge of the latest social media trends, and possesses strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite to design animated reels and static posts. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and able to bring fresh ideas to our brand’s digital presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling and engaging content, including static posts, animations, reels, and short-form videos for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Works under the direction of the marketing team to ensure creative content and brand messaging aligns with campaign goals while following the social media content calendar for timely and consistent posting across platforms.
• Engages with and responds to social media followers to cultivate a strong close-knit community of Italian food lovers.
• Write creative captions and optimize posts for each platform.
• Monitor social media analytics, engagement and suggest adjustments to enhance performance.

 

Requirements

• Proven skills and capabilities in social media content creation and analytics across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite to design and edit static and motion content.
• Highly creative with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Degree in marketing, advertising, design, or related fields.

Knowledge of social media advertising.
