  • Manage daily social media activity, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
  • Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Assist in the promotion of events, webinars, and new research reports across social media platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization (internships are also considered).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content (basic graphic design skills a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
