** JACKSONVILLE, FL - HYBRID POSITION **

Join our client, a Full-Service Ad Agency's dynamic team and drive the success of the clients' digital marketing efforts as a Senior Social Media Strategist. As a key player, you will craft and implement effective social media strategies, lead engaging campaigns, and manage client accounts. Your expertise in social media content creation, strategic planning, and trend forecasting will be crucial in delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Event Attendance: Attend events and productions to capture relevant footage and content.
• Content Management: Oversee daily social media posting, ensuring adherence to the content schedule.
• Community Engagement: Manage community engagement, implementing strategies to build and grow online communities.
• Campaign Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
• Influencer Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers aligned with brand values, negotiate contracts, and manage partnerships.
• Influencer Marketing: Execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand reach and engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report influencer campaign performance and ROI.
• Content Integration: Integrate influencer content into broader marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of social media marketing, w/ focus on strategic development and reporting.
• 3+ years of Advertising Agency Experience (required).
• Preferred - Experience working with non-profit, finance, or education-based client(s).
• Paid & Organic social media experience
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically, develop innovative ideas, and adapt to changing digital landscapes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
