This is a high volume position, which also includes banquet functions on and off premise. This positions reports to our Executive Chef. **Educational Requirements:** High School diploma required, Culinary degree, or Bachelor's degree preferred **Skills Required:** Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens. This position will supervise #4-6, so supervisory experience is preferred. Would be beneficial to have artistic ability and garde manger. **Status:** Professional - Full Time **Salary:** Salary dependent upon experience and education. Base salary plus incentives. **Benefits:** Comprehensive benefits package to include health, dental, and life insurance, 401K retirement. We operate year-round and pay bi-weekly.
