Strategy for Winning: UFC's Internship Program is designed to provide interns the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained through their academic experience in a real-world corporate setting. Over the course of the program, the interns will become fully immersed in the daily operations of their department and will be directly involved with tasks and projects that contribute to UFC's continued growth. UFC's Internship Program is open to any student who is currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. This is an in-person internship in Las Vegas, NV. UFC does not provide relocation, housing, or transportation assistance. The Spring 2025 program will begin on January 13, 2025, and will continue through May 2, 2025 *Application deadline is November 8, 2025 for all Spring 2025 internships* The Role and What You'll Do: Assists the Director, Sport Science in any monitoring and assessment-related tasks. Assists the Director, Sport Science in planning and preparing testing and evaluation activities. Implements monitoring and assessment interventions as required. Undertakes data handling, data basing, and data analytics as required. Ensures that the cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory environments and associated equipment is maintained within the facility. Acts in an inter-disciplinary role with other technical areas to support Sport Science requirements as required. Evaluates technologies and new innovations within the sport science domain as required. You Have These Must be enrolled in an institution of higher education pursuing a degree relevant to the internship. Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. Strong data management and analysis skills. Able to demonstrate their ability to deliver a variety of physiological testing protocols and the capacity to follow methodological procedures. Able to demonstrate their ability to work independently on assigned tasks and to deliver outcome goals effectively. Strong desire to work with elite combat athletes. Experience working with athletes in weight-categorized sports is desired.
