Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Proficient in Node JS with a strong focus on user experience and usability.
2. Associate should be able to write code on his/her own instead copy/paste from Google.
3. Experience in designing responsive and cross-browser user interfaces to ensure a consistent experience across various devices and platforms.
4. Proficiency in using tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, Splunk, Prometheus.
5. Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing designs into functional, interactive web applications.
6. Understanding and application of user-centered design principles to create interfaces that align with user needs and behaviors.
7. Ability to conduct and analyze usability testing sessions to gather insights and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.
8. DevOps knowledge
9. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
10. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, Github Actions, CircleCI

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand project goals and requirements.
3. Conduct user research to understand target users, their behaviors, and pain points.
4. Use insights from user research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with designers to implement UI designs, ensuring a seamless transition from design to code.
6. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
7. Analyze testing results and iteratively refine designs based on user feedback.
8. Create and maintain implementation documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and design specifications.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and bring innovative solutions to projects.
