We are looking for smart, driven people to join our team and help us raise the (incredibly high) bar. We have one goal: to acquire as many new customers as possible within efficiency targets. This role will support JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids. The ideal candidate will employ their curiosity and highly analytical mind to buy and optimize media across paid social, including but not exclusive to, Facebook/Instagram, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You will work with our in-house and external creative teams to develop and flight static, video, and dynamic ads that will attract and monetize our users. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Media. What You Will Do Manage paid social media execution across all major social media channels: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and other emerging sources Understand and contribute to the optimization of all aspects of the customer acquisition funnel Identify trends within paid media channels in real-time and quickly take advantage of any opportunities or take actions to reverse any trends driving down performance Manage testing on a constantly growing pool of variables including offers, copy, creative, ad formats, landing pages, etc. across all paid social channels Work closely with creative teams to inform and request creative concepts and iterations Collaborate with influencer marketing team to prioritize influencer content testing Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends, to adapt to the real-time nature of social media. What You Can Bring Minimum of 2 years of work experience in paid media or advertising - CPG and/or subscription experience is a plus Four-year degree in business, marketing, journalism or a related discipline An interest in Demand Generation/User Acquisition Strong Excel skills – experience with data visualization tools is a plus Must be a “team player” and understand that we succeed individually and as a team. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
