You'll be instrumental in growing our client base and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering results. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed performance standards through strategic planning and execution. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to secure temporary and direct hire placements. Actively source, screen, and job-match candidates using innovative tools and techniques. Conduct regular quality check-ins and follow-ups with both clients and candidates. Utilize sales processes to target new clients and retain existing relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer development, sales, or recruiting, with a track record of meeting performance-based goals. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), typing speed of 36 WPM, and ability to navigate digital systems with ease.
