Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient and creative structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other structures
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure designs meet project specifications
- Use software such as Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed models and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess structural conditions
- Perform calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity
- Prepare construction documents and review shop drawings from contractors
- Provide mentorship to junior designers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural design
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with mechanical design is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
