The OTF East Nashville Studio Operations Manager is wholly responsible for the financial and operational performance of the studio. The Studio Operations Manager accomplishes this by inspiring the team to achieve, empowering them to act, and helping them believe their goals are possible. As a Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in the East Nashville studio. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales, operational excellence and exceeding the expectations of the member base. This leader must pose a high caliber approach to leadership, staff development and attention to detail.

The Studio Operations Manager will:

Grow Studio Performance - Achieve performance goals by generating leads, selling memberships, and helping customers achieve their results. Ensure the team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Develop Studio Team - Lead by example, train people, and develop people to grow into their career path goals. Lead, manage and hold team members accountable to their success expectations.
Maximize Member Retention Design and execute on all OTF Branded promotions and monthly studio celebrations created to improve and drive member engagement.
Operational Excellence - Ensure studio opens/closes daily, is clean, stocked, and follows all brand standards. Provide Above and Beyond customer service, facility operations and manage the budget.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed all sales goals and revenue-related key performance indicators (particularly new memberships, closing rates, first guest visits, and attrition)
Manage, hire, train, and develop sales staff
Audit the daily activities of your team to ensure that all opportunities are maximized
Develop processes that ensure the team meets their daily productivity goals and their time is productive
Lead OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders
Establish and maintain an effective customer referral program.
Conduct daily follow-ups with Sales Associates regarding attaining sales goals
Train Sales Associates regarding best sales tactics and closing techniques.
Work closely with Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time they visit
Participate in a minimum of 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs and mandatory meetings

Operational Duties:

Responsible for 60-day, 90-day, 6 month and annual OTF staff performance reviews.
Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly, using OTF tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
Manage all OTF national promotions in studio.
Manage studio expense budget and expense reports.
Read the OTF weekly bulletin email and attend the monthly Orange Nation webinar for up to date communication from corporate and relay relevant information to the team.
Conduct weekly meetings with the Sales Associates and Head Coach.
Schedule and enforce monthly mandatory all staff meetings and studio deep clean.
Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Responsible for inventory and reporting supply
Responsible for managing the staff schedules to ensure studio is properly always staffed.

Skills and Job Qualifications:

Previous sales experience required.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Previous management and leadership experience.
Previous experience required in hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination.
Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Strong computer skills required.
Flexible to workday, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Health and fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred.
Previous Orangetheory Fitness experience strongly preferred.
