What's AdeptID?

AdeptID is a high-growth software company with a cloud-based, API-first AI platform that powers 100M job placements and applications per year, helping businesses match talent to jobs at scale. We are a twenty-person hybrid team based in downtown Boston.

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll partner with our engineering teams to build a roadmap for the customer interfaces and cloud infrastructure behind our search product and work with product marketing to ensure a delightful developer experience for our customers.

You'll use your skillset to help build AI-native products for talent organizations that create impactful economic outcomes for real users. You'll be working with high-volume, complex datasets and production-grade technology infrastructure.

Drive Infrastructure Roadmap for Talent Search

Search-and-rank (of candidates and jobs) is a core part of our product suite. This role will include product research, requirements design, and release management related to the cloud infrastructure which supports this product, and the APIs which our customers use to power integrations.

• Improve our architecture for high-performance search across large datasets of candidates and jobs for a growing global client base.
• Design platforms using cutting-edge LLM-based models for evaluating talent, delivering high-quality results quickly while managing costs.
• Develop data feeds and management processes for clients to seamlessly share data with us.
• Partner with operations to ensure the scalability and performance of our SaaS platform.

Define a Delightful Developer Experience

Our products are integrated into our customers' applications and workflows. Creating a seamless experience for customer development teams is crucial.

• Create a best-in-class API platform that delights our partner developers by designing easy-to-use endpoints and drafting clear, concise, and helpful documentation.
• Collaborate closely with partners to gather feedback and enhance the developer experience.

Ensure Security and Compliance

We've recently expanded our customer base into the EU and Australia, and continue to invest significantly into security and compliance across regions.

• Maintain compliance with regulations like GDPR and SOC2.
• Implement best practices to stay ahead of compliance needs.

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years in software development, product management, or similar roles with a focus on infrastructure, cloud systems, or large-scale data systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a high degree of verbal and written technical communication.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a "dotted-line" reporting structure.
• Familiarity with designing RESTful APIs and creating developer-friendly documentation.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, etc. a plus.
