What You’ll Do:

🔍 Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Find and connect with IT professionals using job boards, social media, cold calls, our internal tech stack, and your own network.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video, or in person) to understand their skills, career goals, and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top IT talent to match with immediate and future client needs.

🤝 Candidate Placement & Relationship Management

• Match candidates to client job orders based on technical and cultural fit.
• Stay in close contact with placed professionals to ensure job satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Provide white-glove service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

📈 Business Development Support

• Partner with our client-facing teams to provide top-tier candidates for urgent roles.
• Collect market intelligence and uncover new business opportunities through conversations with talent.
• Help grow our presence in the tech hiring space through referrals and relationship-building.
