LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading Jewish-based association committed to promoting human rights, combating anti-Semitism and supporting Jewish communities worldwide in hiring a TikTok Manager . They leverage modern technology and social media to connect with their audience, share their message and advocate for their mission.

We are seeking a creative and dynamic TikTok Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling content strategy on TikTok, curating engaging videos and staying ahead of trending social media topics. This role requires a deep understanding of the TikTok platform, excellent storytelling skills and a passion for their mission.

TikTok Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy for our TikTok account that aligns with our client’s mission and goals
• Create, curate and manage engaging video content that resonates with target audience
• Monitor and analyze trends on TikTok and other social media platforms to stay relevant and adapt content accordingly
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and foster a sense of community within our client’s TikTok audience
• Track and report on the performance of TikTok content, using insights to refine and improve strategy
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach and impact
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok features, tools and best practices to maximize presence on the platform

TikTok Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and creating viral content
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithms, trends and user behavior
• Excellent storytelling and video editing skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Passion for social media, digital trends and the Jewish community
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) is a plus

• Experience working with non-profit organizations or advocacy groups preferred
• Background in social media marketing or digital content creation preferred
• Understanding of Jewish culture and current issues affecting Jewish communities preferred
