Must be available to work at least 2 out of the 3 major holidays.

Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility NON SWEDISH are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE WA LICENSE

Unit Details:

- breast imaging screening and diagnostic

- Monday thru Friday no weekends or Holidays open day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve

- Outpatient clinic

- shift times varies based upon unit needs. need to be flexible

Certifications/Licenses: ARRT ARRT M BLS WA LIC

Orientation Details: 8 Hrs

Scrubs: any color
