Role: UX/UI Product Designer
Role type: Full time (Onsite)
Location: One Kendall Square, Cambridge MA 02139.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and take ownership of all aspects of design. You will be working alongside our CEO, CTO, Engineering team and GTM team on all aspects of design across the company. You will work directly with the founding team and leverage your experiences and abilities to inform decisions from product, marketing, and strategy. You will help us build the foundation of this company: its culture, its processes, and its practices. You will be employee # 12. There are a ton of interesting problems to solve, so come hungry. What Success Look Like

Ability to take a set of requirements and bring them into both wireframes and high fidelity designs that are development ready
Ability to do user interviews to continually improve the product
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize design requirments
All around designer capable of supporting the marketing team with the creation of marketing collateral, including graphic design
Ability to understand how Generative AI technoloies are designed into the product experience
You are a self-starter and enjoy working with minimal supervision.
You evaluate and make design decisions optimizing for speed and iteration over perfection
You take pride in the products and features you design
Your team can rely on you to get your work done quickly
You can work well on a team of engineers, marketers and sales people in an in-person environment.
You are passionate about the use of Generative AI to accelerate software development
You are a first principles designer who exercises curiosity in your work
You communicate openly and solicit feedback on important decisions, keeping the team aligned on your rationale.
You exercise an optimistic mindset and are willing to go the extra mile to make things work.
