Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE MANAGER IN HIALEAH, FL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Manager to join our client in Hialeah, FL. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Pay, Schedule, and Location - Starting at $70,000/yearly, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Located in Hialeah, FL
Duties and Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse employees and supervisors, including assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, systems, and workflows to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Coordinate inventory management, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and accurately inventoried at all times.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels and resolve discrepancies or shortages daily.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as quality control, sales, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of materials and compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Manage the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments to optimize space and reduce delays.
- Analyze warehouse data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for senior management regarding operational efficiency and improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications - WMS Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- CargoWise Software
- Bilingual (spanish and English)
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience with forklift driving - Sit-down 10-lbs propane
- Hazardous Cargo Handling
- Dangerous goods Knowledge (Paint, batteries, flammable liquids)
- General cargo - No hazard with experience in Furniture.
