You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of various products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities. The operations manager will manage and direct the warehouse team with a positive, problem-solving attitude, be innovative and results-oriented, and lead by example. In this role, you will:

  • Promote a positive safety culture through leadership and by example.
  • Manage hiring, recruitment, and training of a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Labor planning, monitoring, and evaluating performance utilizing KPIs.
  • Monitor warehouse operations and systems by tracking performance and quality standards, analyzing process workflow, and continuously looking for opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
  • Monitor the proper utilization of all company assets to support the warehouse; coordinate required repairs as necessary.
  • Contribute to increasing the company's overall market share.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies and regulatory compliance in all work environment areas.
  • Promote a positive culture through leadership and by example.
  • Execute human resource management functions of recruiting, selecting, coaching, motivating, performance reviews, and disciplining.
  • Challenge the operations team to be more productive.
  • Train, coach, motivate, and support team development and performance.
  • Develop and grow employees through cross-training and on-the-job training.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

  • Warehouse Distribution Management: 5 years
  • E-commerce: 5 years
  • HR Policies and Regulations: 5 years
  • Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience: 5 years
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • NetSuite or RF Smart experience
  • Forklift Certification
  • Forklift Training Certification
  • Driver's License

Salary: Targeted range of $70,000.00 - $78,000 per year based on experience.

Supplemental Pay: Annual performance bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, On-site
  • Weekends, Remote or Onsite as needed for operation
  • Days, typically 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
