Job Summary:
As a Water Damage and Carpet Cleaning Technician , you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional restoration and cleaning services. This position offers hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and room to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform water damage mitigation, restoration services, and carpet cleaning projects with precision and care.
• Communicate professionally with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment and tools for each project.
• Document work progress and complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Keep company vehicles stocked, clean, and organized with necessary tools and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Previous experience in water damage mitigation, carpet cleaning, or related services is a plus, but not requiredtraining is provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Basic math skills to determine equipment needs.
• Basic computer skills for logging activities and reporting.
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
