JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as an AI-Enabled Content Strategist to develop intuitive self-help experiences for QuickBooks users by leveraging AI technologies. You'll transform complex jargon into approachable language, author structured content, and design engaging support experiences. Your role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribution to content optimization using AI, and ensuring content aligns with user needs and our brand's voice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Author customer-facing content, simplifying complex topics for the QuickBooks ecosystem. Design intuitive support experiences on the QuickBooks site, improving resource accessibility. Implement and contribute to content standards, fostering brand consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product and user needs. Utilize AI and data analysis to enhance content relevance and engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress. Proficiency in creating and managing modular, structured content (e.g., DITA). Strong understanding of SEO strategies and content system optimizations.
