*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon - Thurs). The fourth week is fully remote.

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across search, social, and affiliate channels. This role is focused on driving the profitable growth of our customer base while improving acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling digital marketing campaigns, optimizing channel performance, and leading a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve aggressive growth goals.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute growth strategies across search (SEO & SEM), social media, and affiliate marketing channels to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture.
- Analyze and optimize channel performance by leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Own the customer file growth, ensuring scalable and profitable growth through performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, seamless customer experiences, and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to drive maximum return on investment (ROI) across digital channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance marketing performance and competitive positioning.
- Test and implement new growth channels and innovative marketing approaches to expand reach and improve profitability.
- Utilize analytics platforms and marketing technology to track, report, and iterate on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on digital channels (search, social, affiliate).
- Proven experience in leading a team and driving performance through leadership and mentorship
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and affiliate marketing platforms.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering profitable growth at scale.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and others.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
Leadership Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of 3+ employees.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Set performance expectations and goals for team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and address performance issues through coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members, as needed.
- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant development programs, encourage continuous learning and skill development among team members.
- Serve as liaison between upper management and team, conveying organizational goals and expectations.
- Address conflicts or issues within the team promptly and effectively.
- Manage team resources, including workload distribution and project assignments.
- Ensure optimal utilization of team member's skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with upper management to establish team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of department strategies.
