This role involves managing and processing data related to weekly Service Requests, gathering business and technical requirements, and consulting Subject Matter Experts on various Telecommunication services projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client meetings to gather requirements for all IT solutions, identify impacted business processes, and determine the best process and IT solution integration. Obtain and report on business and technical requirements. Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects. Deliver excellent customer service and communication. Work with multiple network platforms, such as WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing. Effectively disseminate information to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers. Understand and navigate a large and complex network environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Strong organization and prioritization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment Minimum 5 years of customer service experience Experience with Clarity, Microsoft Project, Excel, DevOps, and Remedy/Helix Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Telecommunications environment Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Enterprise setting Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network lines of service Are you the professional we're looking for?
